The Head of Pegasus Partners, Ross Johnstone, has over 20 years' experience as a corporate advisor including a 10 years with two global investment banks and 10 years with two independent boutique advisory firms. Ross' expertise is in mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, debt and equity raisings, and he has a wealth of experience in the infrastructure, energy and mining sectors. 

 

Ross Johnstone has acted as lead adviser to corporations, state owned entities, and Governments in Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United  Kingdom and has successfully completed more than 25 major transactions with a combined value of A$23 billion since 1995.

 

We commit senior staff, who have relevant experience, for the duration of a transaction.  We also resource transactions with other staff of appropriate expertise and experience as needed.
